Order online or with a purchase order: If you're making a small purchase, you can order online using your credit card. For larger orders, you can create a purchase order - you can also do this for smaller orders, however we find most opt for creditcard in these cases. If you need a quote to raise a PO, our team can assist you with that. If a quote is not necessary, you can simply use the website pricing and our part number or manufacturer number as the line identifier to make the process smoother.

Send your purchase order: If you're an existing customer we process your PO to your existing account

No need to set up an account beforehand: You don't need to set up an account to start purchasing from Techbuy. We'll create an account for you based on the purchase order you send us, and if we need any additional information, we'll reach out to you.

Quick account setup: The account setup process will occur when we process your first order. The email address from which we receive the purchase order will be used as the account email address, but this can be changed later if needed. We'll also attach a separate email for your accounts department to ensure that invoices are received by the correct people.

No credit account needed: You don't need a credit account to purchase from Techbuy. You can pay for your order with a credit card, bank transfer, or by creating a purchase order. If you order using an offical purchase order we will setup a credit account for you automatically.

Government pricing available: If you'd like to receive government pricing, just let us know. We can set up your account on government pricing at your request. Lower pricing brackets may have restrictions on the use of payment methods with high fees. If you wish to bulk order and receive the best pricing we can accommodate you - simply request a quote.

Quotes available: If you need a quote for a project, our team can prepare one for you based on your specific requirements.
